River House has beautiful views of the Winooski Falls and is part of Burlington's historic mill neighborhood. We are centrally located:

• 5 min walk to Pingala Cafe & Laughing River Yoga in Chace Mill
• 10 min walk to the Winooski Circle which is full of restaurants and activity
• 15-20 min walk to the University of Vermont and the UVM Medical Center
• 10 min drive to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain
• 10 min drive to the Burlington International Airport

This unique, arty, brand new loft space includes hardwood floors, a small kitchen and bath, and a shared outdoor space. River House is a good fit for couples, close friends, solo adventurers, and business travelers. 

We have stocked this tiny house with all the comforts of home including new linen, towels, toiletries, cooking supplies, a hairdryer, coffee maker and toaster. 

We will provide you with a light breakfast and coffee on your first day. Your host lives on site in the attached home that dates back to 1890 and she is happy to help with any special requests.
